Service Delivery

At Joan Claire Coaching, LLC, we are dedicated to delivering transformative coaching experiences that empower you to reach your full potential. Each session is designed with your unique goals in mind, ensuring personalized attention and actionable outcomes. Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom, phone, or in person, and you will receive scheduling instructions upon booking.
Booking and Scheduling

After purchasing a coaching package or session, we will agree to a schedule for your coaching sessions, and you will receive an email to confirm your sessions. All coaching sessions must be scheduled at least a week in advance. We encourage booking your sessions early to secure your preferred time slots, as our schedules fill up quickly due to high demand.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens, and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Special exceptions may be made in the case of emergency. This policy helps us manage our time effectively and ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve.
No Refunds

Due to the nature of our highly personalized coaching services, all sales are final. We are fully committed to providing exceptional value in every session, and as such, we do not offer refunds once a coaching session or package has been purchased. Your success is our top priority, and we stand by the transformative impact of our services.
